Use of the App

Emoji Memory is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except where permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, and content, remains the property of StormTech. Emoji artwork is from the Noto Emoji project, used under the Apache License 2.0. Trademarks and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

Advertising & Third-Party Services

The app is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, and integrates Google services described in the Privacy Policy. Their terms apply to your use of those services.

Availability & Changes

We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time without notice, and may update these terms — continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StormTech is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
